Terms & Conditions

1. PRODUCT/SERVICE VALIDITY:
Products/Services are valid as the dates displayed on the description pages.

2. FARES AND PRICES:
All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received and voucher(s) are issued.
Prices that are quoted include all taxes and fees unless we advise otherwise.
Prices of all events are per person, unless otherwise specified.
RhomeChef does not charge a service fee for processing credit card payments.
Full payment is required to make a binding reservation.

3. AVAILABILITY
The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. The event is confirmed when full payment is received.

4. BOOKING:
In all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions on behalf of the persons named in the booking. The contract will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of RhomeChef.

5. REFUNDS:
5.1. Prior to the Event
Please refer to the cancellation fees listed at section 6 below.
5.2. After the Event
No refunds are available once an event is commenced.

6. CANCELLATION CHARGES:
Canceling a booking with RhomeChef may result in cancellation fees being applied. RhomeChef will charge cancellation fees as stated below in Section 6.1-6.4. When canceling the booking you will be notified via email or telephone of the total cancellation fees.
6.1 Greater than 30 days of event date
10% of the total price as cancellation fee.
6.2 Within 29 to 8 days of event date
40% of the total price as cancellation fee.
6.3 Within 7 to 3 days of event date
70% of the total price as cancellation fee.
6.4 Within 3 to 0 days of event date
100% of the total price as cancellation fee.

7. MODIFICATIONS/AMENDMENTS:
The requests for modifications/amendments must be directed to RhomeChef by mail or telephone.

8. IMPORTANT
We request that you carefully check the dates on your voucher and to contact us immediately if these are not correct.

9. ACCURACY:
We check and recheck facts about the product/service offered to ensure accuracy. When we know of a significant change in advance, we notify the consumer.

10. YOUR VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT
Please present your voucher 15 minutes before departure to the staff at departure point of your event. The location of the departure point can be found in the description of the event and is stated on your booking confirmation. We can not be held responsible for clients showing up late for their events.
